Perspective on husband and wife communication about money
In this short video (1:31), Ron Blue continues his series sharing some ways that God moves in people’s finances as they seek Him. Today, he speaks to the issue of husband and wife conflict in the area of financial decision-making. He reminds us that prayer is a key to resolution of conflict in marriage.
As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s Word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures, and meditate on their Truth and their application.
Psalm 133:1 (NIV)
“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!”
I Corinthians 1:10 (NIV)
“I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought.”
Ephesians 4:2-3 (NIV)
“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”
Colossians 3:14 (NIV)
“And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.”
