Stewardship: The Amount is Not Important

In this short video (2:16), Ron continues an eight-week series on biblical stewardship. This week, he shares that, in stewardship, the amount is not important. Using the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25) as a reference point, he shares his conviction that each of us is to be faithful to steward whatever resources we’ve been given…many or few.

As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s Word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures, and meditate on their Truth and their application.

Matthew 25:23 (NASB)
"His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.'”

Luke 16:10 (NASB)
"He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much; and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is unrighteous also in much.”

Psalm 31:23 (NIV)
“Love the LORD, all His saints! The LORD preserves the faithful, but the proud He pays back in full.”

Proverbs 28:20 (NIV)
“A faithful man will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished.”
