There is a lot of financial advice being offered. What advice should I be careful of, and what is your advice if I am in financial trouble?

In this short video (2:19), Ron talks about finding authentic and trustworthy advice if you need direction in your finances. He also briefly outlines his four-step approach to moving from a crisis situation to a proactive and confident place in your finances.

As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s Word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures and meditate on their Truth and their application.

1 John 2:27 (NIV)
“As for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in Him.”

Psalm 119:163 (NIV)

“I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love Your law.”

Luke 16:11 (NIV)

“So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?”

James 3:17 (NIV)
“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.”

2 Timothy 2:15 (NIV)

“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the Word of Truth.”

Colossians 3:16 (NIV)
“Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.”
