How do we plan financially for Christmas this year?

In this short video, Ron shares his opinion about the biggest financial mistake that people make at Christmastime. His advice is to plan intentionally and stick to your plan this Christmas so that there are no monetary surprises. God’s Word also encourages planning on our part and reassures us of the intentionality of God’s gifts to us.

As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s Word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures and meditate on their truth and their application.

Proverbs 14:22b, NIV
Those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness.

Psalm 33:11,NIV
But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations.

Psalm 20:4, NIV
May He give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.

James 1:17, NIV
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

John 10:28, NIV
I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of My hand.
